Bluefin Tuna Loins (Skinned & Boned)

Fresh New Zealand caught Southern Bluefin Tuna. Sustainably caught by local commercial fishers adhering to Commission for the Conservation of Southern Bluefin Tuna (CCSBT).

Mild to medium flavour. Grilled or barbecued, tunas are best seared and left rare in the middle. An excellent raw eating fish too.

All fish is hand cut to order by our team as desired and packaged appropriately. As a fresh product, the fish can be frozen down or consumed raw.
