Beautiful fresh Butterfish harvested from Hawkes Bay by our awesome fishermen. Butterfish is otherwise known as Greenbone, a succulent white flesh fish with medium texture.

All fish is hand cut to order by our team as desired and packaged appropriately. As a fresh product, the fish can be frozen down.
