Our busy retail shop is looking for someone to join our team. This role is retail based and includes some unloading of stock so this role would best suit someone physically fit and/or young. We're a seafood wholesaler and retailer based in Hastings.
The role will include:
- Serving customers instore
- Replenishing stock
- Assistance with unloading incoming pallets and stock
Skills essential for the role:
- Customer service skills
- Physical fitness and strength
- Someone who can work as a team
- Basic food and cash handling skills
- Cleanliness
- Reliable with own transport
This role offers 30-40 hours of work per week.

Order Packing

We’re gearing up for a big Christmas this year and we always need a hand packing and fulfilling online orders to send around New Zealand.
The role will include:
- Preparing boxes and cartons for dispatch
- Packing orders
- Preparing good
- Driving vehicles and some deliveries
Skills essential for the role:
- Attention to detail
- Reliable with own transport
- Basic food safety knowledge and skills

General Hand

Our growing company is looking for someone to join our team. This role is labour based and includes loading & unloading of stock, driving and unloading of fishing vessels. This role is a casual, on-call basis.
The role will include:
- Unloading and loading of stock and pallets
- Unloading of fishing vessels
- Cleaning bins and premises
- Driving vehicles and some deliveries
Skills essential for the role:
- Physical fitness and strength
- Drivers License (Class 2 drivers and/or forklift license is a plus)
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team
