Our fish fillets are hand cut to order by highly skilled filleters. We don’t use machinery and we never cut fish in bulk for later use. From the moment our fish is landed, it’s handled and stored with care - and only processed once your order is confirmed, guaranteeing maximum freshness.

Our fillets are available in pack sizes of 500g and 1KG. Once we cut your fish, we’ll vacuum pack it to preserve freshness.
