Highly sought after and often hard to find, we have fresh seasonal fresh groper roe from varying fish species available during the year. Roe refers to the egg sack of the fish. The flavour of roe can be briny and salty, creamy and buttery with mild fishiness.

Some common ways of preparation include:

• Salted and cured: Like caviar or bottarga.
