Enhance all seafood dishes with this concentrated and flavoursome stock. El Navarrico fish fumet is made in Spain with made with tomatoes, fish, shrimp, squid, vegetables, olive oil & wine and will lend great flavour to dishes like paella, risotto, bouillabaisse or soups.
Use as you would fish stock in recipes, though as El Navarrico fish fumet is more concentrated it may be diluted with water or additional fish stock depending on the strength of flavour required in the finished dish.
