Giusti White Grape Must Vinegar

A versatile condiment, Giusti white grape must vinegar (bianco condimento) is obtained from a soft pressing of Trebbiano grapes (from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained). This concentrated grape must is then blended with 40% high quality white wine vinegar before it is aged in French oak and ash wooden barrels. This process preserves the fruity and floral aromas of the grapes and pale colour, while producing a very pleasant condiment with a balance of low acidity and notes of sweet, yellow fruits and dried citrus.

Use to dress salads or delicious drizzled over fresh seafood or fruit.
