It's important to note that frozen Kina may not taste identical to their fresh product, as freezing can intensify the taste. Recommended by the supplier: we reccomend defrosting and draining all liquid from the punnet and rinsing the kina in salted water.

Please note this product is frozen and supplied direct to us frozen and is kept frozen and dispatched in a frozen state. While some thawing may occur in transit the product should be fine to place back in the freezer, if the product is over 50% thawed we recommend the product is consumed within 2 days.
