Raw Mussels are a staple in Māori cuisine, a favourite for hunter gatherers and have quickly grown popular in our Hastings retail store. Each tub is filled with mussels (hand shucked by our team) in their natural juice. Fantastic for fritters, chowders or battered. A great option if you can’t dive for your own or can’t to shuck them yourself.

As naturally farmed mussels, variance in colour and flavour will occur throughout the year as with all fresh seafood.
