A true kiwi delicacy! Our crayfish are harvested fresh from Hawkes Bay waters and shipped in a live state to ensure freshness. They have clean white fresh and a strong, rich taste when when properly prepared are succulent and full of flavour.
Crayfish can be prepared in many ways, from complex recipes for those gifted with culinary skills or simply boiled and cooked in butter on the BBQ.
