Fresh New Zealand caught Big Eye Tuna. They have a moderately pronounced flavour, a high fat content with marbling near the skin and a richer flavour than Yellowfin. Like other tuna, the texture is firm and “meaty” with large flakes. It is best served as sushi or cooked rare to medium-rare.
All fish is hand cut to order by our team as desired and packaged appropriately. As a fresh product, the fish can be frozen down or consumed raw.
