Crayfish (Whole Cooked)

A true kiwi delicacy! Our crayfish are harvested fresh from Hawkes Bay waters and cooked shortly before order dispatched. They have clean white fresh and a strong, rich taste when when properly prepared are succulent and full of flavour.
Crayfish can be prepared in many ways, from complex recipes for those gifted with culinary skills or simply boiled and cooked in butter on the BBQ.

Crayfish are weighed and priced in a LIVE/fresh state then cooked. Naturally water loss may occur as a result of the cooking process. Please keep this in mind when selecting your size.
