Fresh Lemonfish wild-caught by our fantastic fishermen! Lemonfish is a stellar species to use in homemade fish’n’chips. Its fillets are firm, white with low oil content.

Lemonfish (Also known as Rig or spotted Dogfish) are found inshore in coastal waters and estuaries around cross New Zealand, and live near the sea floor.

All fish is hand cut to order by our team as desired and packaged appropriately. As a fresh product, the fish can be frozen down.

Skinned and Boned then vacuum packed for your convenience.
