Hāpuka is a premium deep-water fish with a clean, delicate flavour and large, meaty flakes. It’s highly regarded for its impressive texture and versatility.

Majority of our Hapuka is wild-caught out of the Chatham Islands. Hāpuka is ideal for roasting, baking, or pan-searing. Its thick fillets lend themselves well to simple, elegant preparations.

Naturally lean and rich in protein and Omega-3, hāpuka is perfect for special occasions or elevated home cooking. Pair with brown butter and an oaked Chardonnay.

Our fish fillets are hand cut to order by highly skilled filleters. We don’t use machinery and we never cut fish in bulk for later use. From the moment our fish is landed, it’s handled and stored with care - and only processed once your order is confirmed, guaranteeing maximum freshness.

Our fillets are available in pack sizes of 500g and 1KG. Once we cut your fish, we’ll vacuum pack it to preserve freshness.
