Bluenose is prized for its thick, succulent fillets and mild, slightly sweet flavour. Its generous flakes give it a luxurious feel on the plate.
Majority of our Bluenose catch comes out of the Chatham Islands. It is well suited to roasting or pan-roasting, holding its structure beautifully during cooking. Butter, thyme, and gentle seasoning complement it perfectly.
High in protein and selenium, bluenose is an excellent choice for refined meals. Serve with roasted vegetables and a glass of Chardonnay.

Our fillets are available in pack sizes of 500g and 1KG. Once we cut your fish, we’ll vacuum pack it to preserve freshness.
