Wild-caught out of Hawkes Bay and beyond, trevally is excellent pan-seared, grilled, or enjoyed raw as sashimi and makes a great rawfish. Its natural oils keep it moist and succulent, standing up well to strong flavours like citrus, soy, or wasabi.
High in Omega-3 and protein, trevally is both nourishing and satisfying. Pair with a crisp Riesling or enjoy as part of a shared platter for something a little special.
