Harvested from the cold, clear waters of Akaroa Harbour, this salmon is raised with an uncompromising focus on fish health and environmental care. Low-density farming, no antifouling chemicals, no artificial lighting, and a natural life cycle result in smaller volumes but outstanding quality.

Naturally rich in long-chain Omega-3s, Selenium, and Vitamins A and D, Akaroa King Salmon is one of the most nutritious seafoods available. Ideal for sashimi, poke bowls, or gently glazed and baked.
