Garlic Butter Crayfish on the BBQ

The perfect addition for your summer BBQ.

Ingredients:

  • 2 fresh crayfish, halved lengthwise
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges to serve

METHOD

  1. Preheat the BBQ to medium-high.
  2. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Brush generously over the crayfish flesh.
  3. Place crayfish flesh-side down on the grill for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, basting with more garlic butter.
  4. Serve immediately with lemon wedges - and enjoy!
