Garlic Butter Crayfish on the BBQ
The perfect addition for your summer BBQ.
Ingredients:
- 2 fresh crayfish, halved lengthwise
- 100g butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Lemon wedges to serve
METHOD
- Preheat the BBQ to medium-high.
- Mix butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Brush generously over the crayfish flesh.
- Place crayfish flesh-side down on the grill for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, basting with more garlic butter.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges - and enjoy!
